Prof. Vikas Pareek

Prof. Vikas Pareek is the Head, Department of Computer Science & Information Technology. He has a rich experience in Academics and Academic Administration. He has also been serving as OSD(Finance) and Dean, School of Computational Sciences, Information and Communication Technology He has been working with MGCU since its inception in 2016. He has more than 15 years of experience in teaching. Prior to joining MGCU, he served at Banasthali Vidyapith, another premier educational institution. Prof. Pareek has supervised numerous research scholars and Software development projects. He has published a number of papers in journals and conference Proceedings. He has served on TPC and editorial board of many Conferences and Workshops. He is life member of Cryptological Research Society of India and a professional member of ACM, ISACA and Rotary Club. His research interests include Cyber Security, E-learning and Computers& Society. He is an avid reader and has deep interest in Philosophy and Indology.
