Manuscript Submission Guidelines

• All communication pertaining to the Journal should be addressed to the Chief Editor ONLY through e-mail to mgcujss@mgcub.ac.in
• Language of publication: English
• Manuscripts must be submitted (as one single file with figures and tables included in the body of the text) in MS Word format via e-mail to mgcujss@mgcub.ac.in. The subject line should read: ‘Manuscript Submission.
• Manuscript must include or adhere to the following:
• 1. Length of the manuscript for research papers/article should be between 4000 – 6000 words including references.
  2. Reviews of books pertaining to the journal’s readership should be between 800 – 1200 words.
  3. Filled in Author Contact Details (Form A) and Declaration Form (Form B) should be sent as separate attachment. They can be downloaded from the Journal web page.
  4. Research papers/articles must include an abstract of 200 - 250 words followed by four to six keywords
  5. The manuscript should be typed in double space using Times New Roman 12 font size and Justify alignment.
  6. All in-text citations must be included in the reference list and all references should have in-text citations.
  7. The information of the author(s) should NOT appear anywhere in the text unless explicitly necessary.
  8. To cater to the international readership, authors are encouraged to elaborate local or culture-specific matters in parenthesis or detailed footnotes.
  9. The manuscripts must conform to guidelines of APA 6th edition for referencing and formatting.
  10. The research papers are the subjected to anonymous peer-reviewed by referees before being accepted for publication.
  11. In case of plagiarism, submissions will be summarily rejected.
  12. For Book-Review, full bibliographic information of the book (authors, editors, translators, publisher, place, and year of publication) with images of the Cover must be sent along with the manuscript. If accepted for publication, the concerned book must be sent in hard copy to the Chief Editor's contact address.
  13. All disputes regarding any legal proceeding to the journal shall be within the Motihari jurisdiction only.
